Being the head of the marketing department, me and under my direct management, there was made a total rebranding of the retail store chain. This was a logical and timely decision to differentiate ourselves (our shoe brand) from competitors, as well as rebuild the brand positioning. We sought to enter new markets,although as geographically and domestically, by capturing new segments of the target audience. And this was successfully achieved by 2017. All work was done entirely “in house”, without resorting to the services of agencies. This made it possible to focus on large-scale investment in new equipment.

The result of the work: more than 80 stores in Belarus, 9 stores in Russia; 2 advertising campaigns per year; brand new sites megatop.by and megatop.ru; and, of course, a completely new concept of stores.
